We identified that the second-floor bathroom requires new plumbing lines to support future fixtures. We propose installing the bathroom rough-in plumbing to ensure proper water supply and drainage, providing a reliable foundation for a safe and efficient bathroom remodel. 1/19/26 On the first day of the rough-in phase for the bathroom remodel, existing subfloor and wall sections were carefully cut and removed as required to access the drainage system. Deteriorated and affected cast iron and galvanized steel drainage piping was fully removed. New PVC drainage piping was properly installed to current code standards, ensuring improved flow, reliability, and long-term performance of the plumbing system.
