Job Checkin

Arrived on site to replace stripped burner bolts. We turned gas supply and power off. We then were able to remove the stripped bolts and continue with cleaning the heat exchanger. Sprayed heat exchanger with citrusurf and scraped in between the coils to get debris out. We then rinsed it out with water and cleaned the condensate trap. Reinstalled burner cover and installed new bolts. Tested unit and checked for gas/CO leaks. No leaks present. System is operating properly at this time. Informed Emily that next service we will want to replace the rear refractories and potentially the front as well depending on what it looks like on next service.
