Arrived on site to replace a worn igniter and hyvent. Upon arrival, we turned off power and gas supply. We then drained the boiler and removed the hyvent and igniter. We found that the supply house had sent us the wrong hyvent. We found that the cause of the leak on the hyvent seemed to be due to the gasket failing. We replaced the gasket with an o-ring that matched. It is now no longer leaking. Chad mentioned that he was still having issues with the boiler. It seemed like a call for DHW was not telling the boiler to fire. We called tech support and they had us test multiple components. Everything tested fine with what they had us test. We disassembled the circulator for the DHW and spun it by hand. Did not seem seized up and amp draw was fairly normal. We removed the flow sensor and cleaned it. We cycled the boiler a few times and each time it would fire up as expected. As of now, boiler seems to be operating properly. Informed Chad that he will need to keep an eye on it and let us
