Customer stated that they had been without cold water in the past. Upon running the sink I was unable to recreate the issue. I reset the faucet and checked for sediment in the system. System has very little sediment present. I gave estimates for cartridge replacement and a diagnostic. Upon checking the history of the system I found no alerts/error codes. Upon further research I found that solenoids can clog up and fail. This is a possible avenue for repair once diagnosis is done.
