Job Checkin

During this visit, the homeowner expressed concerns regarding a loose kitchen faucet handle and the need to replace the sediment cartridge. Upon inspection, we found that the internal components of the Moen Arbor faucet were loose, allowing excessive movement at the handle and cartridge; while there are no active leaks at this time, the handle is significantly worn. We discussed repair options and advised that, based on experience, the fixture will require replacement. As the faucet is a Moen product and the homeowner is the original purchaser, it should be covered under warranty; however, due to the holiday, the Moen service center was unavailable and will be contacted on the next business day to arrange a replacement. The handle was temporarily reinstalled and confirmed operational, and we will return at a later date to install the new faucet and replace the customer-supplied sediment cartridge.
