Installed new Viessmann 200 Series boilers in each building, including complete removal and replacement of associated systems. Scope of work included installation of new venting and condensate piping, required electrical connections, near-boiler piping, and the addition of new high-limit and low-water safety controls. Each propane system was pressure tested with a three-minute leak check to confirm leak-free operation. All heating zones were individually purged and balanced, with twelve zones per building addressed to ensure proper circulation. Boiler operating curves were programmed for maximum efficiency while maintaining consistent heat output and occupant comfort. Final startup procedures were completed, and all systems were tested and verified for proper and safe operation.
