Arrived onsite to investigate a sewer smell. When I talked to the customer they said that the neighborhood has been experiencing a sewer smell, but wanted me to do an annual tune up on the furnace as it hasn’t been done since it was new. Performed annual tune-up on a Goodman propane furnace. Cleaned the burners, heat exchanger, igniter, flame sensor, neutralizer, condensate trap, and pump. Checked all safety controls, venting, fans, and overall furnace operation, replaced air filter. Bubble-tested the gas line and checked carbon monoxide levels — no leaks detected. Verified operation; system is running properly at this time.
