The homeowner requested an updated appearance for the bathroom through the replacement of existing plumbing fixtures. The work performed included the removal of the existing gold lavatory faucet and the installation of a new brushed nickel lavatory faucet. The existing shower trim was removed and replaced with new brushed nickel shower trim. A new Kohler toilet was installed in place of the existing unit. In addition, all water supply stops for both the toilet and vanity were replaced, along with new escutcheons to provide a clean and finished appearance. Upon completion, all fixtures were tested and verified to be operating correctly with no leaks.
