Job Checkin

The kitchen drain line was partially blocked, resulting in slow and restricted drainage. We attempted to clear the line using an electric snake, accessing the system through the p-trap and running the snake approximately 15 feet with multiple passes to remove food and grease buildup that was causing partial blockage. The large majority of grease was obstructed about 6’ into line just after 90 fitting, this was extremely thick obstruction. The p-trap was reinstalled, and the line was flushed with warm water. A drain cleaner (Thrift) was added to help break down any remaining buildup. The sink was tested multiple times by filling and draining the basin, confirming proper operation with no leaks present at this time.
