Responded to a report of overheating in the two upstairs bedrooms. During investigation, it was determined that despite the initial evaluation of the zone piping, the upstairs bedroom is tied into a continuous loop with the master bedroom and master bathroom. This configuration prevents the recently completed work from effectively isolating the bedroom under its own thermostat, as the rooms are not independently zoned. All upstairs piping is inaccessible, and because the spaces are connected on a single continuous run, isolating one bedroom would require running new supply and return piping from the boiler. While this is technically possible, it would involve locating piping within floors and walls and creating access openings to complete the work. At this time, alternative thermostat options are being evaluated to improve temperature control between the two rooms without invasive piping modifications. Further research is ongoing, and follow-up will be provided shortly with a recomme
