Perform annual maintenance on the oil-fired boiler system, including a comprehensive inspection of all safety controls and components to ensure the system is operating safely, efficiently, and in accordance with manufacturer specifications. We found that the side of the boiler was leaking products of combustion deeming that boiler has failed and needs to be replaced we informed the customer and we are going to be coming tomorrow to replace the boiler. Boiler was disabled we had customer turn on zones so the water would circulate over night but the boilers burner has been disabled.
