Upon arrival customer had no water coming from the Watts intelliflow washer machine valve. Upon consulting with tech support along with performing a diagnostic test I found that the timer was bad. Customer ordered a new one and will replace themselves. Tech also found that the customer had an unplugged softener that had not been on or serviced in the whole five years of occupancy. I proceeded to take water sample from the raw and treated side of the system to determine if the system is even necessary. While running the water I noticed water pulsing. I checked at the pressure tank and found that the pressure tank was waterlogged and short cycling. I removed and disposed of the waterlogged pressure tank and installed a new 44 gallon pressure tank, a tank tee, new pressure switch, new main shutoff valve, and a boiler drain after all this to give the house increased serviceability in the water lines and fixtures.
