Upon arrival customer had an issue with the garbage disposal and dishwasher not working. They were not on, and upon plugging in a charger I found the outlet was not working. I tested it and found that they only had 1.2 volts. I reset the breaker and was unsuccessful in restoring proper function. Electrical follow up needed. I gave estimates for multiple issues I found and will email them for potential future repairs.
