A Bosch high-efficiency propane furnace was installed to restore reliable heating, improve energy efficiency, and ensure consistent home comfort. Replaced plenums as needed, replaced near furnace venting, and re connected to existing low and high voltage electrical. Set gas pressures on low and high fire to ensure they were within spec, 3.7 inches on low fire, 8.5 inches on high fire. Performed leak check on gas system. Ensured proper operation of system. Will need to return in warmer weather to install AC components. Furnace is operational as is for heating use.
