Upon arrival customer had been having intermittent water quality issues. They had a filter and water softener which had not been serviced for several years. Upon inspection of their pressure I found that it was water logged, extremely corroded, and leaking from several spots. I first removed the sediment filter and replaced it with a new 4x20 sediment filter, cleaned and lubricated the o ring, and installed the cartridge housing onto the filter. I then took out the injector and screen inside the softener, cleaned out the injector and screen, and reinstalled them to ensure proper function of the softener. Softener needs salt to operate properly. Customer needs to top off the salt asap. I then removed and disposed of the corroded pressure tank and installed a new 20 gallon well-xrtoll pressure tank, new tank tee, new 30/50 pressure switch, shutoff valve, and added a new boiler drain to give the house greater serviceability. I then ensured the air pressure was set to the correct 28 psi
