Arrived onsite to perform an annual tune-up on a Bosch propane furnace and to verify proper operation of the humidifier. The humidifier was inspected and is functioning properly at this time. Performed annual tune-up on the furnace. Cleaned the burners, heat exchanger, igniter, flame sensor, neutralizer, condensate trap, and pump. Checked all safety controls, venting, fans, air filter and overall furnace operation. Bubble-tested the gas line and checked carbon monoxide levels — no leaks detected. Verified operation; system is running properly at this time.
