Arrived onsite to investigate no heat in the basement zone. The condo has two heating zones, and the upstairs zone was operating properly. Upon arrival, there was a noticeable hot electrical smell. The zone valve controlling the basement zone was hot to the touch and the smell was coming from it. I replaced the zone valve and verified proper operation. The system is now working correctly at this time.
