Came to the location today to evaluate the plumbing system and provide estimates for future repairs and replacements. The scope of work discussed included replacement of the downstairs bathroom vanity and toilet, kitchen faucet replacement, garbage disposal replacement, and necessary drain repairs. Additional items reviewed were the replacement of two upstairs faucets and an upstairs toilet, installation of a new pressure tank, a whole-house water filtration system, and performing a water quality test. All findings were reviewed with the customer, and detailed estimates will be provided via email. The customer was also enrolled in Jerm’s Home Care Club at the conclusion of the visit.
