Arrived onsite to investigate insufficient heat from a Rinnai heater. The unit has been serviced multiple times in the past, but the issues persist. Due to the age of the heater, we recommend replacement. We measured the square footage and verified the gas line sizing to ensure the new heater and gas line would be properly sized. An estimate was emailed, and a message was left for the landlord.
