For this job, we diagnosed a no–hot-water issue on the existing Bradford White hybrid (heat pump) water heater and determined the unit was failing. Due to its condition, the water heater was removed and properly disposed of, and a new 65-gallon Rheem hybrid water heater was installed as a replacement. All water and electrical connections were completed in accordance with current plumbing and electrical codes, and the system was reconnected and secured for safe, reliable operation. As part of the installation, the expansion tank was rerouted and wall-hung using a proper mounting bracket for improved support and accessibility. The customer is a member of Jerm’s Home Care Club. Upon completion, the system was filled, purged of air, and fully tested, and the water heater was heating properly and operating as designed when we left the job site.
