We identified signs of a possible leak beneath the shower; however, the source could not be confirmed without further access. After removing a section of Sheetrock below the shower for inspection, no active leaks were observed from the supply lines, valve body or drain, but water was noted leaking from the lower left corner of the shower wall when water was run along the tile, indicating failure at the tile or grout area. Additional cracking was observed along the shower base, and we recommend evaluation by a tile professional for further repair. The work area was cleaned and all debris was removed upon completion.
