Responded to a report of a newly installed Peerless oil boiler not heating the home above 60°F. Upon arrival, I confirmed proper operation of all three thermostats and began verifying system circulation. All supply and return piping at the boiler was hot; however, I identified multiple split loops within each zone and found three sections that were air-locked. The system was purged at the manifold and individually at each baseboard bleeder. After purging, I confirmed that all baseboard sections were hot and circulating properly. At this time, the boiler and all associated components are operating as designed. The kitchen area is currently equipped with only one section of baseboard, located to the right of the front door. This single section is insufficient to adequately heat the combined kitchen and dining area, especially considering the loft space and open cathedral ceiling above. This issue is further compounded by seating and cabinetry obstructing proper airflow through the base
