Responded to a report of the boiler going off on reset and not coming back on. Upon arrival I found that the burner motor was just buzzing and not rotating. I tested amp draw and found it was drawing over 6 amps while attempting to start. I adjusted the coupling and loosened the fastening bolts on the motor and pump and confirmed operation. The motor has not failed yet but it is beginning to, the system is currently operating but I will be returning soon to replace the failing burner motor on Ultimate oil boiler.
