We replaced the control board on the mini-split condenser due to visible burn damage on the original board. After installing the new board and powering the system on, the indoor heads continued to display a six-blink error code and would not operate in force mode. We contacted technical support and performed additional diagnostics, including testing the thermistors. The thermistors are not reading within the manufacturer’s specifications and will need to be replaced to restore proper system operation.
