Customer reported intermittent noises coming from the boiler. Upon inspection, it was found that the boiler was low on water and that glycol had previously been purged from the system by another company. A 50/50 glycol mixture was added to the heating system to replace the missing glycol. The system was properly filled, purged, and circulated to ensure correct operation. Rebuilt the air scoop on the heating system, which was not effectively removing air from the heating loops and boiler. Replaced the boiler relief valve due to a constant drip, restoring proper pressure relief operation.
