We returned to address leaking pipes behind the shower and to install a new shower valve. The existing valve and all leaking pipes and fittings were removed and replaced with a new shower valve, new shower trim, and new fittings and piping supplying the automatic clothes washer and the outdoor wall hydrant, which had also been leaking. After restoring water service, all connections were thoroughly tested with no leaks found. We additionally adjusted the water heater mixing valve to deliver approximately 120°F hot water to the home, correcting a condition where hot water was previously only lukewarm.
