Arrived on site to meet Derrick from Granite group to go over everything we’ve found. After removing the plug to the compressor terminals we found that the black wire had melted and was the cause of the outdoor unit failure. This is a fault from the factory as we typically do not take that plug off on install. The whole outdoor unit is going to be replaced under warranty.
