Upon arrival customer had a weak water supply in their cold side of their lav, no hot water in the lav, and no water at the washer box. The pipes feeding this section of the house were under the house in a crawl space approximately 1 foot tall. This crawl space was very cold even after the customer put space heaters in the garage. I cut a hole in the drywall large enough to crawl through and was able to asses the situation from that point. A started to pull down rigid insulation and fiberglass insulation in order to gain access to the waterlines. After pulling down several sections of rigid insulation and fiberglass insulation I was able to find the cold spot where the waterlines. I then used my heat gun to thaw the frozen section of waterlines. I tested the fixture and had restored water to all fixtures. I then put the insulation back into place to prevent freezing left the access panel open to allow heat into the crawl space. I left the water trickling and the access hole open to
