Upon arrival customer had a frozen like to their shop sinks. There was a supply from the basement that ran below the floor. Techs ran a heater into the opening that ran these supply lines and above by the sinks. We also ran the upstairs faucet to get warm water inlet the lines and used the hot water to back feed into the cold lines. This cleared the blockage and returned water to the pipe. We tested for leaks and left the water trickling to prevent future leaks. We recommend leaving it like this until this cold snap ends.
