Removed and replaced the insulation board on the Trio oil-fired boiler. Installed a new insulation board and replaced the door rope gaskets to ensure proper sealing and efficient operation. Performed a post-repair combustion analysis and verified combustion readings were within manufacturer specifications. Checked the boiler door area for carbon monoxide leakage; none detected. Unit is operating properly at this time.
