Today we came out to inspect multiple plumbing concerns reported by the customer. We verified that several toilets were leaking and allowing sewer gas to escape, including the master bathroom toilet. In the basement, we found the tub/shower valve in the first bathroom was leaking, as well as the lavatory faucet in the second basement bathroom. The customer also stated that the soaker tub was leaking; to properly diagnose the source of this leak, it will be necessary to cut an access hole in the garage ceiling below. Additionally, we observed that the pressure tank is showing significant age with visible rusting, indicating it is beginning to deteriorate and may require replacement in the near future.
