During our evaluation, we found that the existing flush valve in the upstairs master bathroom Toto toilet has failed, and a previously ordered replacement part was incorrect for this model. After researching the toilet’s model number, we identified the correct flush valve, which will be ordered. Once the correct part is received, we will return to replace the failed flush valve and install a new fill valve to restore proper operation, reliability, and water efficiency.
