Frozen drainage lines, domestic water lines, and the heating loop were found to be frozen, with a damaged section of piping identified on the heat loop. All affected lines were safely thawed, and repairs were completed on the heating system, including fixing four broken pipes on the main floor heating loop. During the inspection, three additional broken pipes were discovered on the main floor loop, and an active leak was observed in the dining room ceiling, which is believed to be related to the upstairs bathroom soaker tub and will need to be addressed at a later date. Additional diagnostics on the boiler are required, and further repairs will be needed to correct remaining issues. At this time, heat was not able to be restored to that side of the home; however, partial heat is available in other areas of the house, and the affected zone has been shut off for safety.
