Arrived on site to locate and identify the existing heat piping in the upstairs floor and develop a plan to route new supply and return lines. The proposed routing will bring the supply and return piping from the second-floor closet down through the first-floor closet directly below. Connections will be made within the floor cavity of the upstairs closet, and the piping will continue down into an open bay accessible from the basement storage room, where it will tie into the boiler supply and return. The new supply and return runs will be integrated using the existing zone valves, zone valve control board, and thermostats to maintain proper system operation and control.
