For this visit, we investigated the cause of no water over the weekend after the pressure tank was recently replaced by our company. After rechecking the previous work, we found no issues related to that installation and determined the loss of pressure was likely due to either a failed pressure switch that prevented the pump from activating or a low well water level. We attempted to recreate the issue by running a tub continuously for 15 minutes with no fault at the switch or loss of water. We recommended replacing the pressure switch as the first step before considering a well inspection to determine the water table. We replaced it with a new low water cutoff pressure switch and pressure gauge to restore reliable water pressure and protect the pump from damage. Power was shut off to the system, the system was drained, and the existing switch and gauge were removed; new units were installed with thread sealant and tested for proper operation with no issues at this time, with the press
