During our inspection, we found the toilet to be in poor condition and actively leaking. Due to the overall condition of the fixture and the ongoing leak, replacement was recommended to prevent further issues. 2/25/26 The existing toilet was removed and replaced with a customer-supplied unit. The new toilet was properly set, secured, and connected to the existing water supply and drainage system. After installation, the fixture was tested to confirm proper operation and to ensure there were no leaks. All work was completed professionally, and the work area was left clean upon completion.
