Arrived on site to perform the annual tune-up on the existing Ultimate oil boiler. During the visit, we discussed the current condition of the boiler and its overall life expectancy. Given the age of the unit and considerations for long-term reliability and peace of mind, John has decided that replacement would be the best option. We reviewed several replacement possibilities. Based on John’s past experience and preferences, he would like to receive estimates for both Buderus and Viessmann oil boiler options. I will be preparing and providing John with detailed estimates for a full boiler replacement, including options for both manufacturers.
