Customer reported multiple burst pipes throughout the home. A walkthrough of the property revealed several breaks in the baseboard heating piping across multiple sections, as well as a frozen kitchen faucet. Numerous areas of baseboard piping are frozen and damaged to the extent that replacement is recommended rather than repair. The customer was advised to place electric heaters near the boiler to prevent further freezing and potential damage to the boiler itself. The customer was also instructed to shut off the water supply to the system to prevent additional leakage. We went down to basement and shut the breaker off going to the well pump. At this time, the customer plans to obtain portable heaters and gradually begin warming the home to minimize further damage. I will be discussing this situation with management to determine next steps and scheduling availability for repairs.
