Arrived on site to replace seized flue gas blower motor. Verified power and gas were still turned off and then we removed the old fan motor. The screws holding the motor to the bracket were stripped so we had to drill them out. Thankfully, the new motor comes with replacement screws and we were able to mount the new blower properly. Wired up motor and put covers back. Turned on a couple zones and the boiler fired right up. Blower was operating properly. Performed a combustion analysis and checked for CO leaks to verify system was operating safely. Analysis and CO checked out. System is operating properly at this time.
