Upon arrival customer had a toilet that was not flushing. Flush tower was broken and not opening. Customer decided to replace the toilet outright. Tech removed the supply line and toilet. Upon pulling the toilet I found that it was rusted and not structurally sound enough to reuse. I removed the old flange and replace it with a spacer and a repair flange ring. I mounted the repair flange to the floor and set the toilet. I flushed the toilet repeatedly and found it was working well with no leaks. I the caulked the base of the toilet with clear cure silicone.
