The spray head on the Kohler faucet was replaced after diagnosing a noticeable loss of water pressure when the spray head was installed compared to when it was removed. Upon inspection, the existing spray head was found to be internally restricted and no longer functioning properly, which was limiting water flow. The old spray head was removed and a new, compatible Kohler spray head was installed and securely connected. The faucet was then tested in both standard flow and spray modes to confirm proper operation and restored water pressure. At completion, the faucet was operating as designed with consistent pressure and no leaks observed. Customer would like a hard copy of receipt sent to her as well as email.
