Arrived onsite to investigate no heat in one zone. The tenant reported that the circulator for the living room zone was extremely hot but not moving water, which typically indicates a failed circulator pump. Replaced the circulator pump and discovered air trapped in the zone that was not being properly vented by the Hy-Vent. Replaced the Hy-Vent on the living room zone, purged the air, and verified proper operation. The system is working correctly at this time.
