We arrived at the residence on 12/6/26 and found significant water leaks caused by frozen pipes. We returned on 12/7/26 to restore operation of the heating zones. Upon further investigation, we determined that two of the three heating loops were operating properly. Zone 1, which serves the first floor, had a leak at an elbow located in the corner of the living room. The damaged elbow was repaired, and the boiler and all heating zones were pressure-tested and verified to hold proper pressure. During operation, we observed one F6 error code indicating a burner lockout due to an ignition failure or flame detection issue. The boiler was restarted and ran through multiple cycles without further issues. As a preventative measure, we performed a full boiler tune-up and replaced the igniter. Mr. Bartlett was advised to monitor the system and contact us if any additional issues arise.
