Arrived on site to inspect condensate leaking from furnace. We found that it was leaking out of the built in condensate trap. We first started by checking the condensate line for any clogs. No clogs present. We then removed the inducer and saw that the gaskets on the trap had dry rotted and was causing it to leak by. Customer agreed that we should try to remake the gaskets and seal it with high temp silicone but it is still leaking a little. We recommend replacing the whole trap assembly. Called supply house to get a quote on replacement. Will send quote to the customer when we receive the call back.
