Upon arrival, the water supply was restored and air was purged from all hot and cold fixtures. System pressure was checked and found to exceed 100 PSI due to a failed pressure reducing valve. All valves were opened and each fixture was inspected to confirm normal operation with no leaks present. The upstairs right bathroom toilet was also tested and showed no leaks; a bead of caulking was applied around the base to improve stability and ease of cleaning.
