The homeowner contacted us regarding a kitchen toe-kick heater that was not operating. Upon arrival, a thorough evaluation was performed, during which it was determined that the toe-kick heater previously purchased by the homeowner was oversized and could not fit within the existing installation space. The supplying vendor was contacted and confirmed that no properly sized unit was available at that time. Our team then conducted additional research and identified a compatible toe-kick heater with dimensions appropriate for the existing location. During the evaluation, it was also observed that the half-bathroom toilet was leaking and allowing water to enter the basement. These findings were reviewed with the homeowner, and estimates were provided for ordering and installing the correctly sized toe-kick heater as well as pulling and resetting the existing toilet at a later date.
