Well System Upgrade Summary: -Following an inspection of the existing well system, it was determined that the current piping is outdated and lacks adequate filtration. To address these issues, we have completed significant system upgrades to improve water quality, reliability, and pressure throughout the home. Scope of Work: Well Pump and Pressure Tank: -Attempted to reuse and repipe the existing jet pump mounted on the 32-gallon well pressure tank. -Relocated the 32-gallon pressure tank to the location of the previous 20-gallon tank. -Replaced the piping from the existing well shutoff using new 1” copper, properly secured to the wall. -Installed a new tank tee assembly with boiler drain, pressure relief valve, and pressure gauge. -Routed piping to accommodate the new sediment filter and installed shutoff valves. -After multiple attempts to prime the system, the existing pump was found to have failed internally (motor and impeller). -Installed a new Goulds ½ HP well pump connected to
