-The existing pressure tank has failed due to a ruptured internal bladder and age-related deterioration. We recommend replacing the unit with a new 32-gallon pressure tank to restore consistent water pressure and improve overall system efficiency. -The kitchen drain line was found to have a failed fitting and improper pipe pitch, resulting in poor drainage. Due to limited access, we will replace the affected drain line and correct the slope within the attic to ensure proper flow and prevent future leaks or backups. Completed Work: The rubber tee fitting on the vent line was removed and replaced with a new PVC 90° fitting.
