-The existing toilet was aged and no longer flushing properly. We recommend replacement to restore optimal flushing performance and ensure reliable, trouble-free operation. -The old toilet was removed and properly disposed of. The toilet flange was inspected and found to be in good condition. The shutoff valve was leaking past and from packing nut; the internal components were replaced to correct the issue. -A new American Standard Cadet Pro White ADA-height toilet was installed using new toilet bolts, a wax ring, and a toilet supply line. The water was turned on and the system was tested, confirming proper operation with no leaks observed. A bead of caulking was applied around the base of the toilet to enhance stability and facilitate cleaning.
