Responded to a report of no heat in the 1st floor bedroom. Dawn explained that this has been a continuous problem since installation, but now it is at its worst with no heat circulating. I confirmed proper operation of all components. I purged the zone and found air in the line that was compromising flow. After the zone was thoroughly purged of air I confirmed proper circulation. In addition to the air bound zone, I also identified that the new thermostat that was recently installed in the first floor bedroom was not operating properly and not successfully sending a call for heat. I also found a loose wire nut connection point that was contributing to the failed call for heat. I installed a new wire nut and reconnected the wire with confirmed contact. After confirming continuity from the board to the thermostat, I confirmed the new thermostat in the first floor bedroom had failed. Dawn and I discussed the individual zones and we concluded that her office space is connected to the base
